Payment

All items remains the property of Zi Furniture until payment has been received in full and all monies have been cleared into the nominated Zi Furniture bank account. We have 4 payment options.

  • Eftpos or cash payment onsite paid prior to delivery or pick up
  • Bank Cheque
  • Paypal
  • Credit Card Payment. For Credit Card Payments, all details including account name expiry dates and CCV number must be submitted in order to prevent any fraudulent credit card transactions.  2% Surcharge for national Credit Card Payments and 4% Surcharge for international Credit Card Payments.

Shipment

Shipping Customer can pick up the goods from our warehouse. If you need the delivery service, please give us a call. We can contact courier companies or clients can choose their own preferable courier companies.

The freight will be quoted based on specific items and designated location before delivery. Please call us at 08 8373 5986 for an accurate freight quote and estimated deliver time.

If a customer requests assistance to move goods inside any structure or building on site, no responsibility will be borne for any consequential loss or damage.

Delivery is only done during Business hours. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.

Zi Furniture is not directly liable for any loss, theft or damage to any goods due to delivery.

If problems do arise, please contact us and we will endeavor to resolve any issues.

Goods will be delivered by one driver. Due to Occupational Health and Safety regulations, someone must be at home to sign for the delivery and assist the driver with unloading goods if required. Normally driver will only deliver the goods to the ground floor. Extra cost will apply for deliveries other than ground floor.

 

Our items are non refundable due to the nature and limitation of the vintage goods.
